If a plugin does not suit you, we will refund the full price if you notify us within 14 days of payment. You do not need to provide a reason. This guarantee applies to the purchase of an annual or perpetual license and for any renewal of an annual license, for businesses and consumers alike, in addition to your statutory rights.
How to request a refund

We confirm your request by email. The refund is processed by our merchant Paddle.com, the merchant of record for our orders: to the payment method you used to pay, including the sales tax. Depending on the payment method, the amount will be credited within a few days.
What happens with the license
With the refund, the license ends. The plugin continues to operate as a light version thereafter; your stored data remains intact. If you do not wish to renew a yearly license, you can cancel it in the license area or via the Cancel contracts here; it then runs until the end of the paid time.
Percentage reimbursement for consumers
As a consumer, you can terminate an already extended annual license with a notice period of one month (License terms, According to Section 5), we will refund the price for the full months not used thereafter in proportion.
Legal right of withdrawal
Consumers have a legal 14-day cooling-off period when purchasing. Paddle is the seller; instructions and exercise of rights are governed by the Conditions for buyers of Paddle. In the case of digital content, the right of withdrawal may expire prematurely if you have expressly agreed that the execution begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and you have confirmed your knowledge of this (§ 356, paragraph 5, BGB). Our 14-day money-back guarantee also applies in this case.
